Affected Teaching

“day of Christ” is changed to “day of the Lord”

The name of “Christou” is found in the Byzantine, Stephanus, and Beza texts. The name “Christ” was changed in the Vaticanus, Sinaiticus, and Alexandrian texts.  These three manuscripts are the three chief corrupted gnostic texts.  It is possible they want to hide the fact that on the last day, all the unbelievers will stand before Christ to be judged for their sins.
