Affected Teaching
Here is another example of the incompetence of the modern version translators. The word “sunegagen” is a third person singular verb and not a plural verb. Therefore, the word “they” is an erroneous translation. Take a look at some of what was translated out of that word which simply means “he gathered together.”  Armies, evil spirits, frog demons, demons, and demonic spirits. None of these are even intimated in this verse which means they did interpretations instead of translations and the modern version proponents complain about the King James translators? What hypocrisy in their camp!  This verse teaches that it is the Lord Jesus Christ who is drawing the forces into Armageddon but the modern versions make it sound like man is in control.
