WARNING!! PORNOGRAPHY IS POISON!!! YOU MUST REPENT AND FLEE THIS SIN! IT RUINS
MARRIAGES, RELATIONSHIPS, CHURCHES, MINISTRIES, AND MILLION UPON MILLIONS OF
LIVES.
Make sure it does not ruin your life. Lust is not love! Lust is selfish and
sinful. Proverbs 6:25 'Lust not after her beauty in thine heart. Neither let her
take thee with her eyelids.' We must protect our minds and have mental purity
and not pollute them with porn.
Romans 13:14 ‘But put ye the Lord Jesus Christ, and make not provision for the
flesh, to fulfill the lusts thereof.'
Matthew 5:28 'That whosoever looks on a woman to lust after her hath committed
adultery with her in his heart.' PORN IS ALL ABOUT LUST!
1. Another pastor, business man, dad, college student fell into sexual sin today
and it began with porn on the Internet .There are men and women who would not
think about shooting heroin in their veins or smoking crack cocaine or getting
drunk but they do view Porn on the Internet and think, 'This is not addictive'
when it is every bit as addictive and sinful as shooting heroin or smoking crack
cocaine.
Their inflamed lust lies to them that it is harmless and will not kill them and
before they know it they are hooked on a very vile unclean sinful habit that
leads to more sin just like a heroin addict! There are more 'porn addicts' than
'drug addicts'.
2. Teens spend 70 percent more time on 'porn sites' than 'game sites' on the
computer! Wake up parents. Do you have strong guidelines on what your children
watch? Do they have computers in their rooms and mobile devices etc. where they
can easily look at porn? Do they have their own TV in their room?
3. Out of the 14,000 sexual images seen by a child this year three-fourths will
come from Television. Find that difficult to believe? Then turn on the TV and in
one hour of a sitcom or drama or movie you will be bombarded. Many allow their
minds to be filled with filth all in the name of 'entertainment'. Lewdness and
Lust rules on TV. Things are out of control in most homes concerning the
influence of media on the family!
4. Men listen!! There is another kind of woman who lurks in the shadows, quiet
and unseen, yet she is more alluring than a prostitute and just as destructive.
She bears a sword ready to cut your heart into pieces. Her name is PORNOGRAPHY!!
Porn is evil and is not innocent and if you fear the Lord you will hate it.
Apply these scriptures also to watching porn.
Proverbs 7:26-28 'Let not thine heart decline to her ways, go not astray in her
paths. For she has cast down many wounded: yes, many strong men have been slain
by her. Her house is the way to hell, going down to the chambers of death.'
Notice 'many strong men have been slain.' Porn is a heart problem! A sin that
starts in the heart. It wants to slay and kill you!
5. PROTECT YOUR HOME! PROTECT YOUR MIND.PROTECT YOUR MARRIAGE. PROTECT YOU LIFE!
PROTECT YOUR CHILDREN! KEEP THE POISON OUT OF YOUR HOME AND LIFE!
*James 1:14-15 'But every man is tempted, when he is drawn away of his own lust
and enticed, Then when lust hath conceived, it brings forth sin: and sin when it
is finished, brings forth death.'
*1st Thess.4:7 'For God hath not called us unto uncleanness, but unto holiness.'
*Proverbs 6:26-27 'For by means of a whorish woman a man is brought to a piece
of bread: and the adulteress will hunt for the precious life. Can a man take
fire in his bosom, and his clothes not be burned '?
6. INTERNET PORNOGRAPHY IS A SECRET SIN THAT'S DESTROYING MANY LIVES. IT IS
BURNING MANY TO A SLOW DEATH!
PORN WILL HUNT YOU DOWN UNLESS YOU FLEE FROM IT AND SLAM THE DOOR SHUT AND
REPENT AND FORSAKE THIS SIN!!!
*1st Tim.6:22 'Flee youthful lusts.' Titus 2:12 'Denying ungodliness and worldly
lusts.' 1st Peter 2:11'Abstain from fleshly lusts that war against the soul.'
America has become Porn Nation! This calls for daily diligence to guard your
heart from it! Prov.4:23 'Guard your heart will all diligence, for out of it are
the issues of life.' ARE YOU GUARDING YOUR HEART AGAINST PORN WITH ALL
DILIGENCE?
7. WANT TO RUIN YOUR MARRIAGE? WELL LOOKING AT PORN WILL KILL TRUE LOVE IN A
MARRIAGE. Men wake up to reality and commit yourself to PURE THINKING in a sea
of unrealistic images that attack you daily! Cut off ALL connections with porn!
God wants true purity in our hearts and minds .He wants us to be persistent,
determined and alert in our daily pursuit of righteous living! Porn pollutes and
defiles your soul with the sewage of unreal filthy images that incites lust and
will control your life and destroy it along with your marriage. We live in a
sex-saturated culture that bombards us each day with false views of intimacy and
we must make every effort to resist this sensual culture that wants to devastate
and kill our spiritual lives!
8. Porn is not harmless. It wants to enslave you. FLEE all forms of lustful
images and forsake and repent of any mental impurity. Porn is anything you see,
read or hear that's designed to cause sexual sin. Porn promises thrills but only
really kills. It wants to kill you and your marriage.
And if you are single it wants to fill you with perverted sinful darkness that
you will bring into your marriage!
SO RUN FOR YOUR LIFE FROM PORN AND PURSUE HOLINESS WITH ALL YOUR HEART.
